Shipping details for Sundara Joon

How long is order processing?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Any order received after 2 pm (PST) are considered to have been received on the following day. We make every effort to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible as we know you're as excited about your order as we are to ship it to you. 

How long does shipping take?

USPS states their economy rate takes between 5 - 8 days. We've noticed some shipments get there under that time especially for deliveries along either coast. Please note, once we turn the package over to the shipper, we have no authority over the package, or its delivery.

Where do you ship?

We ship both domestically in the United States and Internationally. Shipping times may vary. If you have any questions, let us know. We're happy to see how we can deliver. Please contact us at DCS@sundarajoon.com.

Do you offer free shipping?

We have been known to offer free shipping on occasion, however, we're a small business and try to keep costs down, and incorporating shipping can be a relatively large expense. We pass along our shipping discounts to our customers with no markup to make this cost as small as possible.

 

Why is my shipping address not accepted?

Your cache may be full, so please either clear the cache or use a private browser such as Incognito with Chrome. That usually does the trick. If you are still having trouble, please contact us at DCS@sundarajoon.com and we'll work with you to get your package sent.

The address entered was wrong, what next?

If the package is returned to us, or we're able to reroute it to the correct address, we'll try to get it to the right destination as soon as we can. Please note that Sundara Joon does not cover additional costs required to address these changes.
