How long is order processing?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Any order received after 2 pm (PST) will be considered to have been received on the following day. We make every effort to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible as we know you're as excited about your order as we are to ship it to you. 

How long does free shipping take?

Economy takes between 5 - 8 days. Once we turn the package over to the shipper, we have no authority over the package, or its delivery.

Where do you ship?

We ship domestically in the United States. Shipping times may vary. If you are not in the US and see something you like, let us know. We're happy to see if we can deliver. Please contact us at DCS@sundarajoon.com

Do you offer free shipping?

We have been known to offer free shipping on occasion.

Why is my shipping address not accepted?

Your cache may be full, so please either clear the cache or use a private browser such as Incognito with Chrome. That usually does the trick. If you are still having trouble, please contact us at DCS@sundarajoon.com and we'll work with you to get your package sent.

The address entered was wrong, what next?

If the package is returned to us, or we're able to reroute it to the correct address, we'll try to get it to the right address as soon as we can. Sundara Joon does not cover additional costs required to address these changes.
